A HITEz Quota presents some interesting aspects to all of this.

If I don't feel like wearing this or that today, that's fine. It's my decision. 

In fact, when it comes to all of the things I will wear or do, I am a free agent.

But, I said I was 'sort of' in charge earlier. 

The HITEz Quota is the only external influence on what I wear or do.   That's the 'sort of'.

I can wear or do anything I want as long as, at the end of month, I have accrued 720 HITEz, which is the equivalent of being 100% covered for 100% of the time month.
